Presentation: Renovation of a typical block apartment from the seventies
Almost 25.000 appartmets from 1960 to 1990 are empty today and in a very bed shape. Returning these apartments to the market could help solve the housing crisis and reduce the spread of construction into green and agricultural areas. We renovated an apartment of 40 m2. To create a comfortable kitchen-living room, we combined it with a balcony. With sliding doors we created open floor plan or up to 5 spaces. With its multifunctional design is so perfectly sufficient for a modern living.
